Privacy Policy

Burning Shore Press does not and will not share any personal information with any other company for any reason. This does exclude, however, partners that we work with in order to take online payments and ship books. In other words, we don't give out or sell your name, address, email address, etc. We value your privacy as we value our own.

Shipping & Handling

Our shipping methods and rates are as follows:

Domestic - Shipping within the USA
We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) for all domestic shipping.

Method Delivery Time Base Rate + per Book
USPS Standard 3-12 days $2.95 $0.49
USPS Priority 2-3 days $7.95 $0.49

International - Shipping outside the USA
We use the large United States Postal Service (USPS) flat-rate Global Priority Envelope for all international shipping, which generally costs from $7.95 to 11.20 per shipment, depending on the destination country. If the cost is higher than this base price of $7.95 the difference will appear as a "Surcharge" on your bill.

Large Global Priority Envelopes easily hold two books and in some cases as many as three. So if you plan on buying more than one book it will save you money if they are purchased at the same time.

Some countries/regions do not accept Global Priority Flat Rate shipments. If you live in one of these places we can still ship to you, but you need to contact us beforehand so we can determine shipping rates. If you are not sure if your country accepts Global Priority please contact us before making any purchases.

Returns

If your purchase arrives damaged, please contact Burning Shore Press immediately. We'll be happy to arrange a replacement.

We do not offer returns or refunds for any other reason.
